APMPros Weekly Listing Report

We feel all owners should be kept up to date on their vacant rental property.  It is for this reason that APMPros sends out a weekly listing report to all owners with vacant properties. The report is called “This Week’s Listing Report” or  TWLR.

It is sent out every 7 to 10 days. This gives owner’s a chance to look at real numbers and make changes to the listing that they feel may help, such as rent rate.

Below is a Sample TWLR that would be sent to an owner.

Hello Bill and Mary Smith,

This is This week’s Listing Report (TWLR) I try to send them out to all owners once a week or about every 7-10 days.

The report below shows we have had some traffic but not as much as we would like. It looks like people are looking at the property but not scheduling a showing. We have had 47 page views in 10 days and only 2 showings.

This could be because the rent rate is too high, I have it listed for $3,350 and the median rent for your market is $3,100

I have the property scheduled for – open showings, meaning they can schedule a showing anytime that works for them.
